70,000 sq/ft complex roof replacement in Zanesville, OH

This project was specified to bring the R-value up to code and go back with an energy-efficient 60mil TPO roof system. There was extensive corroded metal decking that required full cut-out and replacement.  This process exposes the inside of the building to the outdoor elements.  Through RoofOptions onsite project management and interior protection, we were able to minimize and eliminate any impact on the day-to-day business.
